Castleton Cement Works.

At the time of taking the pictures the works were run by La Farge. Situated in the picturesque Hope Valley the works give much needed employment for the locals. In one of the pictures you can see the shot firing holes being prepared for firing. There is also a selfie of roger Murray and myself.
